DCS Technology is an innovative HealthTech start-up that is proud to partner with some of Europe's most forward-thinking companies. We are currently seeking a talented Systems Trainer to become the go-to expert on our in-house systems, ensuring smooth adoption across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and remotely, as part of a system transformation initiative.
- Translate technical processes into simple, actionable steps, making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly guides and process manuals.

Requirements
- A strong background in delivering training through various formats, such as classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual workshops.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in driving engagement, communication, and cultural transformation.
