We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team as a Head Dental Nurse. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality dental treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clinicians in delivering a full range of dental treatments
- Develop and lead the dental team to achieve expected standards
- Assist the Practice Manager with audits and other tasks to ensure practice compliance
- Effectively manage specific tasks such as planning staff rotas to ensure efficient practice operations
- Support the development of other nurses through mentoring
- Be passionate about caring for patients
