We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team at PropSource Consulting.

About the Role

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals. This will involve conducting thorough site assessments, drafting and submitting planning documents, and communicating effectively with Local Planning Authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
  • Conduct site assessments to inform planning decisions.
  • Draft and submit planning documents, including detailed planning statements.
  • Communicate effectively with Local Planning Authorities throughout the process.
  • Monitor and report on project delivery to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
