Cafe Murano is a renowned restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, offering an exceptional dining experience with a strong Italian influence. As a Sommelier, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable experience for our guests.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a charismatic and engaging Sommelier to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for wines and spirits, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of wines and spirits, making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues when needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar environment
• WSET 2 or equivalent
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: £15.94 per hour.
