The Michelin-starred Head Chef and his talented team create innovative modern British menus using only the finest ingredients, resulting in unique and tantalising dishes.

As our ideal candidate:

• You will provide a courteous and efficient wine service to guests, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• You will contribute to developing and enhancing the wine service across the entire restaurant.
• You will offer expert guidance on menu and wine list offerings, advising guests on wine pairings and combinations.
• You will supervise a team of junior sommeliers.
