We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our client's growing team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective relationships with a diverse client portfolio and working collaboratively with Partners to provide advice on tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and prepare Corporate Tax returns, including more complex returns
- Handle enquiries from HMRC and contact clients to obtain additional information
- Identify and support tax planning opportunities
- Conduct research projects and address queries regarding tax filings and payments
- Work collaboratively with Partners to provide advice on tax matters
- Previous corporate tax experience within a UK Accountancy Practice
- ATT / CTA / ACCA or ACA qualified or studying
- Experience with specific tax software advantageous
- Strong corporate awareness and relationship building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and multitask workload effectively
- Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable
