  • Identify potential issues and propose effective solutions within the bid
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously
  • Keep track of all bid documents, requirements, and deadlines
  • Work with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Support the management of social media and create engaging content to promote our business
  • Deal with compliance for health and safety accreditations
  • Develop creative and innovative approaches to meet client needs
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a blend of marketing and writing skills
  • Keen to learn and develop within a business
  • Creative and forward-thinking with a passion for writing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work well from initiative and make decisions and consult as appropriate
  • Excellent software skills, including Microsoft Office and specialized bid management software
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to GBP28k, dependent upon experience
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday
  • Flexitime can be available
