We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Programme Planning Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Planning Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled and experienced Capital Programme Planning Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Planning Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing planning assurance activities on behalf of the project team(s) for a programme/portfolio of work, in line with company and legislation standards and compliant with Project Acceleration in a Controlled Environment (PACE).
Key Responsibilities- Ensure project plans are submitted within agreed timeframes and stay in sync with periodic deliverables and Network Rail processes and standards.
- Monitor project plan key performance milestones and supply periodic progress reports/dashboards.
- Manage data assurance activities; verify data requirements, undertake analysis, identify trends, and review, and interpret analysis.
- Use of Acumen FUSE to compile FUSE metrics to report schedule health checks on project plans.
- Maintain the NR schedule adherence milestones within the Primavera P6 programmes on key projects.
- Work with the NR Portfolio Managers & Supply Chain to ensure good baseline management is in place and supply support for change control process across projects.
- Organise periodic meetings with the supply chain/NR project teams to review and discuss FUSE dashboard outputs.
- Provide Planning Assurance support and guidance to the Programme and Portfolio Managers.
- Relevant successful experience in the planning and delivery of construction/engineering projects.
- Relevant successful experience in using a number of project management scheduling tools and techniques including Primavera.
- Demonstrable skills in initiating and building positive working relationships with customers, their team, and stakeholders.
