About the Role

In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver confidential OISC Level 2 advice and representation. You will also support and train colleagues working at Level 1, ensuring the highest standards of service and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialised, personalised advice to clients on immigration matters
  • Represent clients in immigration cases, including appeals and tribunal hearings
  • Support and train colleagues working at Level 1
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver confidential OISC Level 2 advice and representation
