About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in London. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing installation, planned maintenance, and servicing to a wide range of mechanical equipment.

About the Company

Our client is a leading HVAC specialist with a strong presence in the UK. With three offices based in the UK, they have grown from strength to strength since launching in 2002. They provide building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions, and capital projects works throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing installation, planned maintenance, and servicing to mechanical equipment
  • Working with a wide variety of retail, hotel, and leisure, and commercial multi-tenanted office spaces
  • Performing maintenance and breakdown tasks on mechanical units, including pumps, motors, boosters, AHUs, and fan coil units
  • Fixing leaks, radiator valves, TMVs, risers, changing taps, valves, actuators, strainers, hot and cold water systems, expansion vessels, calorifiers, and pressurization units

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with recognised qualifications in plumbing and heating or mechanical. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical equipment and be able to work independently.
