We are looking for a highly experienced Safety Critical Systems Expert to join our client's team in Surrey. The role involves leading the delivery of complex safety-critical systems and defence standards across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Analysis: Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs), Functional Failure Analysis (FFA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Generating and presenting safety requirements to ensure compliance with customer safety targets and derived safety targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering and communicating Systems Safety within the UK Defence industry.
- Awareness, understanding, and application of international and defence standards such as IEC 61508 and Def Stan 00-056.
