About the Role

  • Respond to general inquiries and customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take detailed messages and forward them to the appropriate colleague, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining precise records throughout the process.
  • Request and process prescriptions as required, upholding high standards of service and accuracy.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, providing top-notch service and support.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Address and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Possess a clear, friendly, and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Adopt a proactive, self-motivated, and methodical approach to work, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of productivity.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail, with accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
  • Have prior experience working with databases and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bring at least three years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Salary Information
