We are seeking an accomplished Teaching Professional in SEND Settings to join our team at Ackerman Pierce. As a Secondary Outreach Tutor, you will work closely with County Councils and Schools to provide personalized tuition to SEND students in need of alternative provision.

Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality education to SEND students between 0830am and 1630pm, utilizing your expertise in behavior management and curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with our team to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

This opportunity comes with a highly competitive hourly rate of £25-£30 per hour for 15 hours per week (3 hours per day/5 days a week). Additionally, you will receive a fully paid DBS check and a comprehensive compliance service.

Requirements
  • Hold QTS status (or equivalent) or possess two years' experience teaching NC core subjects as an unqualified teacher.
  • Demonstrate experience working with students with ASD/EBD/SEMH and associated complex needs.
  • Prioritize a minimum of two years' experience working within a UK school setting.
