Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechnical Instructor to join our team at Recruited UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering vocational-based training to disengaged learners and assessing their learning and skills needs. Our instructors are experts in their field and receive full training to become certified. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Vocational qualification in Motor vehicle and substantial vocational experience. Delivering vocational-based training is preferred but not essential. The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include 30 days holiday per annum, pension scheme, medicash or private medical insurance, 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme, Refer a Friend incentive scheme, Life Day and Volunteering Day, and additional paid leave for weddings and civil ceremonies.
