Your New Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will carry out all manner of electrical maintenance and repair duties to a number of commercial properties across London. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Carrying out day-to-day electrical repairs (lights, sockets, switchfaces etc.)
  • Working with fuse boards and other electrical equipment
  • Responding to breakdowns and escalations as required
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and checks (emergency lighting etc.)
  • Conducting general maintenance where possible (basic plumbing, carpentry etc.)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in operating as a maintenance electrician within a commercial environment. You will also need:

  • Electrical maintenance experience across all aspects of commercial property
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
  • 18th edition certification
  • Gold CSCS or proof that you qualify for this (cost to prove can be covered)
  • Full UK driving license
