About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective customer service and support to customers via various corporate systems.
  • Process customer contacts and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing changes to improve customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or front-line customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of digital systems and technology, including MS Office suite and internet browsers.
