About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure parcels are delivered to the right place at the right time
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering parcels on time and in good condition

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in the afternoon and early evenings
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail Group
