About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their parcels on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area, using route-planning technology tools to ensure efficient and effective delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery
  • Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring you are ready to hit the road and deliver parcels to our customers

  • Market-leading pay, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr / £14.87p/hr (London)
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate

  • Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail
  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
  • Enjoy a multi-drop driving role, delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area
  • Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
