Job Description

Customer Liaison Officer

Location: West Coast, Cumbria - Full UK Driving Licence Required

Salary: £23,920 - £28,080 dependant on experience/qualifications

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (core hours 8am-4.30pm - 30mins lunch) - Monday to Friday

Remuneration Package: 31 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) uniform, laptop, phone and vehicle allowance/allocated vehicle

We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to build strong relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Organisations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives
