About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and the health sector to deliver refurbishment projects in Cumbria and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with customers and scheme managers to ensure smooth access and programme of works.
  • Assist and liaise with site managers, supervisors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations.
  • Communicate with tenants throughout the project, addressing any problems or queries they may have.
  • Manage client systems and trackers, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Resolve tenant claims and compensation requests in a fair and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • First aid at work certification (if expired, must be covered by our client).
