About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Visiting Care Assistant to join our team at Patricia White's. As a self-employed carer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with the care and support they need to remain independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care services to clients, including companionship, personal care, and domestic support
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with our Client/Carer Relations Executives to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings

What We Offer:

  • A competitive pay rate of £45.59 for the first two hours and then £18.75 per hour thereafter
  • A travel allowance of £5.50 per visit
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £15-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
