**Trainee Role**

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Support Worker to join their team in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with a Psychology degree from a Top UK University to gain valuable experience working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs.

As a Psychology Graduate Support Worker, you will work closely with experienced SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other professionals to implement work programmes that cater to the unique needs of students. This role offers a chance to apply your knowledge and approaches gained during your degree, while also developing essential skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
  • Work under the guidance of an experienced SENCO to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Collaborate with Educational Psychologists and other professionals to ensure holistic support

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Psychology degree from a Top UK University
  • Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
  • A personable, enthusiastic, and dedicated personality

**What We Offer**

The salary for this position is £480-£520 per week, paid on a PAYE basis. The full-time role operates from 8.30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday, with a contract starting in January and running until the end of the academic year.
