Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Garment Development Specialist to join our East London studio. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our brand's range of garments, from initial concept to final product.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our brand's range of garments, including woven separates, jersey, lingerie, outerwear, and signature bandage
  • Work closely with the design team to develop and deliver new collections, ensuring they meet our brand's aesthetic and quality standards
  • Manage fabric development and strike-off/lab dip approvals, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Maintain accurate records of design specifications, production costs, and timelines

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in fashion design or a related field
  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
