Key Responsibilities:

• Investigating opportunities through an extensive network of contacts

• Identifying sites directly through targeted marketing

• Desktop research and data analysis

• Site appraisals and creating reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in land buying within the property sector

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid UK driver's licence
