Consultant Psychiatrist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary ward rounds and risk reviews to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to management meetings and clinical governance to drive service improvement
  • Provide supervision and training to junior medical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current developments in psychiatry and mental health

Requirements:

  • Full GMC Registration
  • Substantial experience in a management role as a Consultant Psychiatrist
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
