Early Years Educator in Child Care

**About the Role:**
Nurse Seekers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at our purpose-built Nursery near Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse or Teacher with experience working with 3- and 4-year-olds. They will have a passion for delivering outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care that promotes healthy development in young children.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences: Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to individual needs and abilities.
- Safeguard and promote well-being: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively: Collaborate with colleagues and parents to share progress and address any concerns.
- Assess and evaluate: Regularly assess children's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Lead by example: Demonstrate enthusiasm and a growth mindset, inspiring others to do the same.
**What We Offer:**
We provide a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
