Operations Support Specialist

Inspire is an all-island charity and social enterprise dedicated to promoting wellbeing for all. We are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Mallusk, working on a contract for service basis.
About the RoleThis permanent part-time position requires a skilled professional to provide operational support and contribute to the success of our team. With a competitive salary of £14.33 per hour plus an additional allowance of 25p per hour, this role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who share our values and are passionate about delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to upholding the values and standards of Inspire.
