About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed
  • Manage the store's operations, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and implementing company initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
