Job Summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Data Operating Model Consultant to drive business outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. As a Senior Consultant, you will design effective data, analytics & AI operating models, aligning them with strategic objectives to realize business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data operating models that drive business value and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to lead the transformation and foster a culture of success through communication, training, and skill-building.
  • Design and implement effective data, analytics & AI delivery models, aligning them with business objectives and organisational structure.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business architecture and its alignment with data & analytics teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the data value chain, from data acquisition to exploitation.
  • Provide expert advice on data tooling and platforms, identifying the most suitable tools for clients' specific requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale data analytics and AI operations within organisations.

Requirements

  • Organisational design experience, with a deep understanding of what makes data teams effective.
  • Knowledge of effective data & analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/MLOps and AnalyticsOps.
  • Understanding of business architecture and its alignment with data & analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of the data value chain, including data acquisition, transformation, enrichment, exploitation, consumption, deletion, and archival.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders from across organisations.
  • Experience collaborating with clients and colleagues to define strategic goals for data and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of scaling data analytics and AI operations within organisations.
