Lead Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Graduate to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in one of Barnet's best and biggest schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking to gain whole-school exposure and potentially feed into teaching.
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure continuity in covering lessons from KS3 - KS5 whilst Class Teachers partake in their PPA Time or are unwell.
- To deliver high-quality lessons continuing from what Class Teachers have been teaching.
- To collaborate with Class Teachers and the SEND Team to ensure the best quality of teaching is exhibited and accessible for all learners.
We are looking for individuals who possess a degree from a UK University, can deliver fun, interactive and inclusive lessons to classes, and create a positive and welcoming environment in the classroom.
Requirements:- A degree from a UK University.
- The ability to teach and support across year groups.
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be beneficial.
This role comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to benefits such as training and development opportunities.
