About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Graduate to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in one of Barnet's best and biggest schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking to gain whole-school exposure and potentially feed into teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure continuity in covering lessons from KS3 - KS5 whilst Class Teachers partake in their PPA Time or are unwell.
  • To deliver high-quality lessons continuing from what Class Teachers have been teaching.
  • To collaborate with Class Teachers and the SEND Team to ensure the best quality of teaching is exhibited and accessible for all learners.
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess a degree from a UK University, can deliver fun, interactive and inclusive lessons to classes, and create a positive and welcoming environment in the classroom.

Requirements:
  • A degree from a UK University.
  • The ability to teach and support across year groups.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to benefits such as training and development opportunities.
