About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meter Reader to join our team at Calisen Metering. As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for reading and recording meter readings from various locations, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, and being part of a dynamic team. Our Meter Readers play a crucial role in helping us understand customer energy usage, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and record meter readings from various locations
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,400, with opportunities for overtime and a generous bonus scheme. Our Meter Readers also receive a fuel allowance of 30.5p per mile and a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, company sick pay, and health care benefits.

Requirements
  • Driving Licence entitling you to drive in the UK with no more than 6 points
  • Use of your own vehicle with business insurance and current MOT
  • Ability to pass a basic DBS check
