Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Packaging of customer orders with precision and speed
  • Verifying the accuracy of inventory records and reporting any discrepancies
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and deadlines
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and productivity

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably with physical strength and endurance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under limited supervision
  • In-house training for LLOP/voice picking will be provided to ensure success in this role
  • Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £11.90 per hour (day shift) and £13.55 per hour (back shift), paid weekly
