About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our expanding team at phs Group. As a New Business Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our hygiene services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities in the market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to promote and sell our products and services
  • Establish and build rapport with new customers to nurture and grow their business with us
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to secure sales and achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in telesales, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
