About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges. As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of a team that creates extraordinary experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and sharing product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience.
- Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, helping customers find alternative products or offering online services.
- Maintain the highest retail standards, including selling and replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting.
- Manage and oversee stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
- Adapt to changing challenges and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures to prevent stock loss.
Requirements:
