As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with students aged 5-16 who require additional support to navigate the curriculum and develop essential life skills.

Your key responsibilities will include providing individualised support, leading group sessions, and collaborating with teachers to develop behaviour management strategies. Strong behaviour management skills and experience working with challenging behaviours are desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations, communicate effectively with students and staff, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
