About the Role

As a key member of the Roche team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of information and company messages to the financial community. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial community expectations and sentiments, as well as developing the financial community's understanding and appreciation of Roche's Diagnostics business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present IR presentations on Diagnostics topics for IR events
  • Prepare Diagnostics Q&As for Investor Relations and respond to investor questions
  • Summarize analyst reports after IR events and conferences
  • Train speakers for IR activities and liaise with key Diagnostics business personnel
  • Review and provide input on Diagnostics press releases
  • Accompany investor site visits and participate in IR roadshows and conferences
  • Support quarterly reporting events and bond issuances

Requirements

  • Strong life science/med tech background with at least 5 years of experience in the Diagnostics industry, consulting, or financial industry
  • PhD or MBA with a strong interest in med tech and science, and a profound knowledge of the Diagnostics IVD industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to network and liaise with various groups within the company
  • Excellent English language skills; German is an advantage
