About the Role

We are looking for a talented Treatment Planning Lead to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in radiotherapy planning and workflow management, with extensive experience in treatment planning and 3-D and IMRT/VMAT Treatment Planning techniques.

The role involves leading the day-to-day organisation of workflow through the Mould Room, CT, and Planning sections, ensuring the timely production of complex treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

The Treatment Planning Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day organisation of workflow through the Mould Room, CT, and Planning sections
  • Ensuring the timely production of complex treatment plans
  • Developing and maintaining specialist knowledge across a range of work procedures in treatment planning
Salary and Benefits

The trust offers a competitive salary of £45,718 - £68,618 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, leadership development opportunities, and access to innovative technologies.
