Key Responsibilities- Manage Engineering Operations: Oversee the physical plant, including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with facility regulations and safety standards, including fire safety and emergency response procedures.
- Manage Budgets and Capital Projects: Manage budgets, capital expenditure projects, and preventative maintenance programs to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Develop and implement long-term maintenance plans to protect assets and ensure optimal property performance.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Build positive relationships with external partners, including city building/zoning departments, fire prevention bureaus, and vendors.
- 4+ Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Technical Training: Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as building and construction, engineering, or mechanics.
