Key Responsibilities:

  • Support store operations in designated areas, enhancing customer experience and team performance.
  • Travel to different locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Oversee team motivation and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead by example in promoting products and driving sales.
  • Manage staff schedules while adhering to payroll guidelines.
  • Conduct inventory management and stock assessments.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in merchandising and administration.
  • Achieve targets and meet key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or a related sector.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong motivational and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Organized and methodical with a structured work approach.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license is preferred due to travel requirements.

Compensation: Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum.
