Membership Engagement Coordinator, North

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity?
We are seeking a Membership Engagement Coordinator to join our North region team.
The Membership Engagement Team provides support, advice, and guidance to ensure our members can continue to make a positive impact in their communities.
This role will see you play a key part in helping the Membership Team to be the best they can be.

This is a varied role, and ideally, you will have the ability to prioritize a range of tasks and engage effectively with a range of audiences.
Some of your key focuses will include:
- Managing the Regional admin inbox and post distribution to staff
- Supporting the Membership Engagement Officers in ensuring stakeholders and members are compliant
- Providing a range of reports and updates to the Membership Engagement Manager and Head of Membership Engagement
- Producing and distributing the Regional, County, and District newsletter
- Managing our database of volunteers, ensuring training and DBS checks are completed and up to date

In this role, you will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, with occasional travel within the region (including for monthly team meetings).
