Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team at MECS Communications Ltd. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our enterprise network, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
  • Work closely with the IT team to resolve complex network issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network uptime and performance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of network technologies and protocols
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools (ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Cisco R&S and other network equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
