Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sr. Human Resources Manager to lead our EMEA and APAC region HR efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience through innovative HR practices and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a global team of HR Business Partners to support and drive the business.
  2. Educate and ensure compliance with applicable employment base regulations in the EMEA and APAC region.
  3. Drive global HR efforts supporting the employee lifecycle including onboarding, talent management, growth & development, employee engagement and offboarding.
  4. Guide leaders through employee development, coaching and performance discussions.
  5. Partner with managers and employees on employee relations issues to constructively resolve problems.
  6. Report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading HR Business Partners.
  • 5+ years of experience in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development).
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines; compensation practices, performance management, organizational diagnoses, talent management and respective employment laws.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills to partner with all levels of the organization including employee relations, coaching, communications and presentations, etc.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including advanced experience working with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
