Pearson is seeking highly skilled healthcare professionals to join our team as Independent End-Point Assessors for the Healthcare Assistant Practitioner Apprenticeship.

As an Independent End-Point Assessor, you will conduct end-point assessments to ensure that apprentices meet the required standards. You will assess evidence, make grading decisions, and record outcomes accurately, while maintaining high-quality records and adhering to Pearson's specifications and quality assurance protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant occupational experience in healthcare, a formal assessor qualification, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they should have experience of leading meetings, assessing qualifications, and complying with quality assurance requirements.
