We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a small class of Primary aged students with complex and profound learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individualized teaching and learning programs for students with complex needs
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences to ensure student progress and well-being
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants to provide support and guidance
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Good knowledge of SEN and/or experience teaching in a SEN school
