Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Lead to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Scheduling clients into the project management system
  • Conducting introductory phone calls with clients
  • Organizing discovery meetings with the team
  • Liaising with team members throughout the project and communicating project updates to clients
  • Holding regular client catch-up calls
  • Performing quality assurance testing
  • Reviewing design proposals
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell services to existing clients

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels at collaborating with others to drive results. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
