We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our new ERP system, ensuring that it meets the organization\u2019s requirements and is integrated with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team, consultants, and business users, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, data migration, and testing of the ERP system.
  • Develop and implement training programs for end-users, ensuring ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the system is used effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
Requirements
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP projects, preferably with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
