About the Role

TLT LLP is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the organization's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the project team, consultants, and business users to ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the installation, configuration, data migration, and testing of the ERP system to ensure that it meets the organization's requirements and is integrated with existing systems.
  • Training and Support: Oversee training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure that the system is used effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) may be preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing ERP projects, preferably with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies is also important.
