We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a consolidated ERP system for Boston Hale, a leading player in the FMCG industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This will involve developing and managing a detailed program plan, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on Change and Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change and communications strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
- Programme Delivery: Oversee the integration of various specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Project Management: Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- ERP Expertise: Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration.
- Change Management: Outstanding Change and Comms experience, and a willingness to take on this remit.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Location: This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site near Bristol, approximately 3 days a week, depending on business requirements.
