Key Holder

As a Key Holder at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences in our retail stores. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and credible brand image, adhering to company procedures, and contributing to store efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver brand service and sales expectations consistently, answering phone calls and dealing with customer queries accurately.
- Understand and deliver daily and weekly brand KPIs, effectively tailoring the customer experience to meet their needs.
- Responsible for closing and securing the store/counter at the end of the shift, following brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries.
- Accurately action promotions and discounts as per guidelines and/or instruction, adhering to the daily/weekly deployment rota.
- Offer support and training to colleagues where appropriate, understanding the company culture and promoting the brand image at all times.
- Passion for the brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and adhering to company standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
