Calzedonia Group is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Key Holder at our Westfield White City store.
Role Overview:The Key Holder plays a critical role in assisting with the development of staff and ensuring the consistent delivery of company expectations related to sales, service, operations, presentation, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand.
- Ensure all staff and customers are informed about current promotions and offers.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper replenishment.
- Assist in the training and development of staff members.
- Report any security issues immediately to the Store Manager or District Manager.
- Monthly Bonus: Earn a monthly bonus based on store performance.
